Actually, make that twelve glorious reasons to celebrate! Join your fellow Inland Empire PROST members for our annual Christmas luncheon at the brand-new Seasons 52 in Rancho Cucamonga, where we'll toast to a year of incredible journeys and adventures yet to come.
Just like the classic carol that counts its way through the holiday season, we've been counting our blessings all year long—from passport stamps and boarding passes to sunset vistas and unforgettable meals in far-flung destinations.
And speaking of gifts, every paid member will receive a personalized Christmas present to commemorate this special gathering!
Whether you've been globe-trotting through Europe, island-hopping in the Caribbean, or exploring hidden gems closer to home, come share your favorite travel memories over exceptional seasonal cuisine and fine wine.

Start your Holiday Luncheon with either Soup or Salad
Mushroom Bisque
Romaine Caesar Salad
The perfect precursor to any entrée.
Crisp romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan
cheese, tossed with a creamy Caesar
dressing, and topped with housemade
sourdough and Parmesan croutons.
Choose from one of the following entrees's
Rotisserie Half Chicken
Slowly and evenly cooked, creating a
perfectly crisp sear and locking in natural
juices. Finished with a grilled lemon-honey
glaze and served with French green beans,
tomatoes and wild rice pilaf.
Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon
One of our signature items. This buttery,
flaky Norwegian Salmon is brick-oven
roasted on a cedar plank to add a notable
flavor. Served with French green beans,
marble potatoes, and a dill-mustard sauce.
Wood-Grilled Tenderloin Salad
Hand-cut wood-grilled steak tenderloin
grilled to perfection, romaine and spinach,
sweet corn, red peppers, pumpkin seeds
and mixed with a cumin-lime vinaigrette.
Vegetarian/Vegan Option available upon request

will be billed for the meeting cost.
