Mi Cocina restaurant is one of the Inland Empire’s best small business success stories. The family-owned establishment opened in 2011 and has grown by leaps and bounds. Business has increased so much that owners Carlos and Margaret Lopez moved the restaurant to a larger location in the San Manuel Village Shopping Center in Highland in 2011.
